(“Loonen”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with our website at https://loonen.com/ and any other websites or online platforms that we own and operate that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”), our email communications, social media profiles, and our related products and services (collectively, the “Services”), and the rights and choices available to individuals with respect to their personal information.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal Information You Provide. Personal information you may provide through the Service or otherwise includes:

Personal Information from Third Parties. Session-replay technologies, which are third-party software programs that we may use on the Site to record a video replay of user’s interactions with the Services. The video replay may include users’ clicks, mouse movements, scrolls, typing, and other activity taken during the session. We use these replays for research and development purposes, such as to help us troubleshoot problems with the Services, understand how users interact with and use the Services, and identify areas for improvement.

Referrals. Users of our products and Services may have the opportunity to refer friends or other contacts to us. Please do not provide us with another person’s contact information unless you have permission to do so.

Loonen’s primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with the products and services that you request. We also use personal information for the purposes set forth below and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection.

These companies may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about you (including the device data and online activity data described above) over time across our Services and other sites and services or your interaction with our emails, and use that information to serve ads that they think will interest you. Compliance, Fraud Prevention and Safety. We may use your personal information to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities; protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims); audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies; enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Services; and prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.

Related Companies. Our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other members of our group of companies (if any), for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Service Providers. Companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Services or our business. Professional Advisors. Persons, companies, or professional firms providing Loonen with advice and consulting in accounting, legal, tax, financial, debt collection, insurance, and other matters, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
Authorities and Others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate to comply with law or for the compliance, fraud prevention and safety purposes described above.
Business Transaction Participants. We may sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose some or all of your personal information to third parties in connection with any business transaction (or potential transaction) involving a merger, acquisition, sale of shares or assets, financing, consolidation, reorganization, divestiture, or dissolution of all or a portion of our business (including in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
YOUR CHOICES
Review or Update Your Account Information. If you have a registered account with us, you may review and update certain personal information in your account profile by logging into the account. If the Site or Services do not permit you to update or correct certain personal information, please submit a request to us using the contact information listed at the end of this Privacy Policy. Note that we may keep historical information in our backup files as permitted by law.
Opt-Out of Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of the email or by contacting us using the contact information listed at the end of this Privacy Policy. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails (e.g., order information).
Cookies. Most browsers let you remove and/or stop accepting cookies from the websites you visit. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser’s settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. SECURITY PRACTICES
No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is fully secure. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your personal information from the risks presented by unauthorized access or acquisition, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Loonen is headquartered in the United States and we have service providers in the United States and potentially other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations outside of your home country. Privacy laws in the locations where we handle your personal information may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. By providing your personal information, where applicable law permits, you specifically and expressly consent to such transfer and processing and the collection, use, and disclosure set forth herein.
CHILDREN
The Services are not intended for use by children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information about children under age 13 through the Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.
NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (SHINE THE LIGHT LAW)
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, if any. NOTICE TO NEVADA RESIDENTS
Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A allows Nevada residents to opt-out of the “sale” of certain types of personal information. Subject to several exceptions, Nevada law defines “sale” to mean the exchange of certain types of personal information for monetary consideration to another person.
