Spring Sourced

Loonen begins with the highest-quality water sources we can find: pristine natural springs. Drawing from multiple springs prevents any one source from being over-tapped and keeps production closer to you. Because springs are living systems and can change from season to season, we test at the source to ensure the spring meets our quality standards. If the quality ever changes, we move onto another spring, just like a loon.

Filtered for Purity

We borrow from the World Health Organization’s guidance: pair the highest-quality source we can find with the highest-quality filtration system we can use. Loonen’s water passes through stainless steel, physical membrane filtration, ensuring exceptional purity.

Mineral Balanced

After filtration, we rebalance our water to the original minerality of our spring source with high-quality, tested minerals including calcium, French sea salt, potassium, and magnesium. The result is a consistently pure and crisp, clean sip.

Third-Party Tested & Certified

Each batch of our water is independently tested by accredited labs for microplastics, forever chemicals, and hundreds of trace contaminants, and then third-party certified by the NSF. Results are shared on our website and via QR code on every bottle.

Bottled in Glass

Loonen is bottled exclusively in glass. No plastic bottles, no plastic-lined aluminum cans, and no plastic-lined cardboard.

Our cap is aluminum, unpainted, and uncoated, avoiding the microplastic shedding linked to decorative finishes. Each cap is rinsed twice and sanitized in a closed-system before sealing.
